Fall Phyicals

Northwest student-athletes can get their physicals for all fall sports on June 8, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at Geisinger Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (1175 East Mountain Blvd -Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). This timeframe is specific to Northwest, and Geisinger asks that you not show up earlier than our stated time.
- All athletes MUST have a completed and signed PIAA Physical packet to be eligible for a physical.
